The steps of extracting the thickener:

1. Fill the extraction tank with water and keep the water inlet valve open. The amount of water can be referred to the liquid level indicator tube, which is close to the upper limit; zui can not be lower than half!

Note: Water is injected when the extraction temperature is below 100C°; oil is injected when it is above 100C°. If you do not use the device for a long time, please let go of the injected liquid!

2. Place the extract in a steel basket. (zui is easy to use in a non-woven bag to avoid excessive slag). Figure:

   Open the four clamps on the side of the bucket, pick up the lid, and install the medicine basket. There is a safety valve (icon copper part) on the side of the mezzanine, with a small funnel next to it, adding water to the interlayer. When adding water, open the ball valve under the funnel. There is a level gauge tube below the funnel, and the water level is more than half.

  3. Inject solvent (water or ethanol) into the extraction tank, and the amount of liquid injected by Zui can be 20cm.

4. Close the top cover and lock it.

5. Observe the valves at each part to ensure that they are in the correct state.

6, start to extract:

       ( When extracting, in order to return the condensed water to the extraction concentrating tank and drain the water, the condensate ball valve must be opened and the drain valve and vacuum valve closed!)

Turn on the power and set the heating temperature and time.

(Recommendation: water extraction is slightly lower than 100C°, such as 95C°; alcohol extraction is slightly lower than 78C°. This extract can ensure no paste.)

Turn on the heater switch.

Turn on the cycle switch and let the liquid begin to circulate. (At this point, pay attention to closing the liquid outlet valve!)

If the liquid does not circulate smoothly, there is too much impurities in the filter. The filter can be unscrewed for cleaning.

7. Start to concentrate:

1) Inject water into the condenser to circulate the cooling water to ensure that the condenser keeps the temperature low (the water inlet can be directly connected to the faucet, the water outlet is connected to the hose, the warmed water is discharged, and the condenser temperature is ensured; the cooling water circulation pump can also be used. cool down.)

2) Confirm that there is no pressure in the extraction bucket! Then remove the steel basket and cover the top cover.

3), set the concentration temperature, and the extraction-concentration switch to the concentration position;

4) After the circulating pump is turned on for filtration, the electric heater is turned on, and the vacuum pump is turned on to start vacuum concentration.

There are three sets of blue valves here. The right side of zui is the drain valve (generally kept closed!); the middle is the condensate return valve; the left side of Zui is the vacuum valve.

When extracting, in order to return the condensed water to the extraction concentrating barrel to lose water, the condensed water ball valve must be opened and the drain valve and the vacuum valve closed.

When the liquid is to be concentrated in a vacuum, the water in the extract is to be withdrawn, so the condensate valve and the drain valve must be closed, and the vacuum valve is opened for low-temperature vacuum concentration.

     The round tube is a stainless steel condenser with an inlet and outlet at the top and bottom, a cooling water inlet at the bottom, and a cooling water outlet at the top.

                  Note: If the cooling water fails to enter and exit the cooling, do not operate the machine!

In the middle is a water-sealed vacuum pump with a solenoid valve in the middle. This is the switch that controls the flow of water into the pump. Therefore, there is a joint in front of the solenoid valve to be connected to the water source, otherwise the vacuum pump cannot be activated.
