Fourth, the method of use
1. Install the special pressure reducing valve for carbon dioxide on the carbon dioxide cylinder, and there must be no air leakage at the joint. Connect the pressure reducing valve output joint with the carbon dioxide inlet fitting after the carbon dioxide incubator with a hose, and fasten it with a compression ring. The cylinder is not open yet.
2. Before turning on the power, first clean the inner chamber of the box with alcohol, and then use an ultraviolet sterilization lamp or an ozone sterilizer to disinfect for one hour.
3. Power on When the power is turned on, the main power switch is set to "1" and the green indicator light is on. For the water-tight (water jacketed) CO2 incubator: the first time the unit's low water level indicator is illuminated and an alarm is issued. The heater heating power is disconnected. At this time, the rubber hose should be connected to the faucet and the tank inlet port to open the faucet. The water level gradually rises after a while. When the low water level indicator is off, the alarm disappears. The faucet should be turned off after adding about 1 liter of water. If a large amount of water continues to flow, the water will overflow. Damage to the cabinet, affecting the normal operation of the unit. When the low water level indicator is high, water should be added in time, otherwise it will affect the temperature inside the box.
(1) Adjust the temperature setting to the desired temperature (for example, 37 ° C), and the heating indicator (green) should be lit to indicate that it is heating. When the required operating temperature is low, in order to prevent the initial heating, the temperature rises too quickly to cause temperature overshoot, and the secondary setting method can be adopted. If the required operating temperature is 37 ° C, set 35 ° C for the first time. When the temperature overshoot began to fall back, set it to 37 °C for the second time. This can reduce and eliminate temperature overshoot and enter the constant temperature as soon as possible.
(2) Set the carbon dioxide solenoid valve switch to “0”. (The solenoid valve is closed, because the solenoid valve will be hot for a long time when the carbon dioxide is not cultured, which will affect the life of the solenoid valve.)
(3) After the temperature reaches the set value, the carbon dioxide cylinder is opened. (Before opening, the pressure reducing valve should be loosened as much as possible to prevent the pressure of the pressure reducing valve from being too high, causing the gas hose to burst!) The pressure gauge on the pressure reducing valve Indicate the carbon dioxide pressure inside the cylinder and slowly turn the relief valve knob clockwise. The pressure output of the pressure reducing valve is indicated as 0.05 MPa, and the pointer is in the middle of the reticle. At this time, use the dial to set the required carbon dioxide concentration (factory adjusted to 5%), turn on the carbon dioxide air intake switch, set "1", then there will be carbon dioxide into the room. As the concentration increases, the LED shows the value of the carbon dioxide concentration. When the set value is reached, the solenoid valve is cut off and switched to air and carbon dioxide. At this time, the air flow meter float should be indicated at 760ml/min (already adjusted at the factory), the carbon dioxide flow meter float should be indicated at 40ml/min (factory adjusted); if the float deviates from the above value, the adjustable needle valve can be used fine Adjust to 760ml/min (air) and 40ml/min (carbon dioxide) accurately. (When the door is quickly recovered after opening the door, there is no air flow and the carbon dioxide is less than 40 ml/min, which is normal.
(4) The factory is generally adjusted to 5% ± 0.3% carbon dioxide concentration, which can meet the requirements of the majority of users.
(5) When the temperature reaches the set value, the fluctuation is within ±0.5 °C, and the carbon dioxide concentration also meets the requirements, the cell culture can be carried out. The water tray is placed to make the humidity meet the requirements, and the natural evaporation is generally up to 95%.
(6) After using the machine for the first time or after using it for a long time, it should be operated according to the above requirements, and should be checked for contamination inside the box before formal cultivation.
4. Shutdown Before shutting down, the carbon dioxide cylinder should be closed, the carbon dioxide air inlet switch should be set to “0”, and then the power should be cut off. If it is not used for a long time, the water tray should be taken out and the inside of the box should be wiped dry. When the carbon dioxide switch is set to “0”, the box temperature is energized at 37 °C for two hours to ensure that the box is dry, and then the power is cut off.

Five, matters needing attention
1. This unit should be installed in a place where the air is clean and the temperature difference changes little, and there is no direct sunlight. There must be no strong electromagnetic fields and radiant energy around.
2. Read the instruction manual carefully before starting the machine and master the correct use method. Pay special attention to loosening the pressure reducing valve before the cylinder is opened to prevent the gas hose from blasting.
3. Needle valve can not be twisted freely. During use, the pressure output of the pressure reducing valve should be monitored as 0.05Mpa air flow 760ml/min carbon dioxide flow 40ml/min (5% carbon dioxide concentration).
4. When the cylinder pressure is less than 1Kpa, it should be replaced. When replacing the cylinder, first close the cylinder switch, loosen the pressure reducing valve screw shaft, and then remove the pressure reducing valve and reinstall it on the full cylinder.
5. Open the glass door and open it. After about half a minute, close the door and clear the residual gas to prevent carbon dioxide from accumulating and overshooting when carbon dioxide is restored.
6. The components in the box side control box have been precisely adjusted. Do not adjust the adjustable part arbitrarily to avoid affecting the accuracy.
7. The incubator power supply must be well grounded for safety.

dF—Position control and insensitive zone setting for alarm control. If dF is set to 1 °C, the meter will change the output at ±0.5 °C of the control point and alarm point.
AL—Setting the alarm control point.
