Working pressure is generally between 0.1Mpa and 0.4 Mpa . 4. Generally use mineral water, medicinal sterile water, integrated circuit water for electronics industry, and high quality water for food industry. The cartridge microporous filter should be designed as a separate filtration system that can be backwashed to save production costs.

Second, the method of use

1. Mounting base: Look at the clearing and exiting directions before installation. The liquid should flow from the outside of the filter to the center, with the filter

2, install the filter: 222 socket is plug-in; 226 socket is snap-in. If it is a multi-core, the pressure plate should be placed on the fins, and the bolts should be properly tightened (the filter element will be heated and extended at high temperature. If the pressure plate is too tight, the filter element will have distortion space and will affect the filtration accuracy).

3. Install the cover and seal it with the clamp (single core) or bolt (multi-core). Pay attention to the gasket to be flat and check that there is no leakage at the seal.

4. Filter disinfection: The new filter must be cleaned before use. The filter used for sterilization should be disinfected and disinfected. The disinfection work should generally be carried out on the production line to avoid external pollution. On-site steam disinfection should strictly control the steam pressure and pressure difference to avoid damage to the filter element due to excessive steam pressure and pressure difference.

5. When filtering the liquid, first open the exhaust valve at the top of the filter, drain the gas in the cylinder, and let the liquid fill the cylinder, otherwise it will affect the flow.

6. When filtering the medium flow filter, the pressure drop (ie, the pressure difference between entering and leaving) will be caused by the resistance. In order to overcome this resistance, maintain sufficient flow and, if necessary, have sufficient working pressure. For each filter element, we have given the corresponding temperature and pressure limit values, please use the user as required. In order not to subject the filter element to excessive flow, it must be slow when opening the valve!

7. When using the optional pump, please pay attention to the flow and pressure. It is advisable to select a self-priming pump such as a vortex pump or an infusion pump.

8. The filtrate should be discharged when the machine is stopped. If the time is not long, the filter does not need to be opened; if the time is long, or the filtrate is not suitable for long-term storage, the filter or filter element should be cleaned.

Third, the use of attention

1. Before using the stainless steel filter, check that the fittings and seals are safe, damaged, and then install them as required.

2,   The new filter must be cleaned with detergent (please do not use acid cleaning) and then sterilized and disinfected with high-temperature steam. The cleaned filter inlet and outlet should be sealed to avoid contamination.

3,   When the filter is installed, the inlet and outlet should not be reversed. The general principle is to go inside and out (filter).

4,   The new filter element is packaged in a plastic bag by the manufacturer in a clean production plant. Do not tear the plastic package without using it. Use the filter element with higher requirements. Check the bubble point to check the integrity of the filter element. After installation, it should be sterilized by high temperature steam.

5,   When inserting the filter element, it must be vertical. When inserting, first use sterile water or filtered filtrate to moisten the seal to reduce the frictional resistance during insertion. After the 222 filter element is inserted into the mouth, use the pressure plate to fasten the tip fin and tighten the screw. After the filter element of the 226 interface is inserted, it should be locked at 90 degrees. If it is not careful, it will not reach the seal and it will leak easily and will not meet your requirements.

6,   When the filtered liquid enters, the venting valve on the filter should be opened to allow the liquid to fill the filter, otherwise the filtration effect will be affected.

7,   The pressure gauge of the cylinder is the pressure of the liquid in the filtered gas. If it is a secondary filtration, the index of the pressure gauge of the *channel filter is slightly smaller, which is normal. As the usage time increases, their differential pressure will increase. Reduced, this means that most of the filter element pores have been blocked, it is necessary to clean or replace the filter element.

8,   When filtering, the pressure used is generally about 0.1Mpa , which can meet the production needs. With the increase of time and flow rate, the filter micropores are blocked and the pressure will increase. Generally, it should not exceed 0.3Mpa . More than 0.5Mpa . Otherwise, the filter element will be broken down and an accident will occur. If it is determined that it is above 0.5Mpa , we will process it according to your requirements.

9, backwash filter, must use sterile water, otherwise it will pollute the filter, backwashing method. The original export is imported, the sterile water is driven in the opposite direction (note that the raw liquid filtration pipe is closed), and the sewage outlet is opened, and the operator sees that the filtrate is obviously improved.

10. When the filter element is not in use, the filtrate should be discharged as much as possible, and the filtrate should not be stored overnight. Do not open the filter when the downtime is not long. Do not remove the filter element. The downtime is long. Always clean the filter element and filter before using it again (you can also use the backflush method to rinse).

11 , the filter core produced by our company is generally resistant to temperature 25 °C - -50 °C Suitable. The long-term operating temperature should be controlled at 60 °C Following, disinfection temperature 121 °C In the following 30 minutes , if the operating temperature is higher, you can use a reinforced stainless steel PTFE filter .

12. If you want to filter chemical solvents and high-concentration chemicals, please refer to the filter instruction manual, or use our special filter to solve.

13. If it is used by the optional equipment, it should be noted that the required flow, pressure and pump head should be matched. Generally, the vortex pump, infusion pump, etc. are suitable, the material is 304 or 316L Stainless steel, the end face is mechanically sealed.

Fourth, maintenance methods:

1. For long-term deactivated filters, the inside and outside of the filter must be cleaned, the filter element removed, washed and dried, and sealed with a plastic bag to avoid damage. Do not use hydrochloric acid corrosive substances in the cleaning agent, and the temperature should not be too high to prevent deformation of the polypropylene. Avoid contamination and impact during storage.

2. If the filter element should be immersed in the acid-base lotion, the soaking time should not exceed 24 hours, and the acid-base temperature is generally 20 °C -- 25 °C . It is recommended that the ratio of acid or base to water is 20 %. After zui, rinse repeatedly with ion-free water. The protein content is better than the commercial filtrate. The filter element is easy to be immersed in the enzyme solution. When it is reused, it must be cleaned before use and then disinfected with steam.
