The detached straw has a cylindrical shape and can completely maintain the skin fibers; the culms in the straw are small particles; the leaves are in pieces. The separation rate of straw tannin was 95%, the net separation rate was 99%, and the productivity was 0.5 t/h and 2 t/h. Straw is a high-quality material for papermaking and wood-based panels. The protein and crude fat contained in the straw are increased by more than 65% compared with straw before unseparated. It is a high-quality feed for cattle and sheep. The machine has obtained national patents. Its successful development has opened up broad prospects for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalks.
