(I) Quick frozen spinach
(1) Process flow Acceptance of raw materials → Trimming → Cleaning → Bleaching, cooling → Drainage → Freezing → Ice Packing → Packaging → Freezing.
(2) Operation points Raw materials are required to use spinach with large leaves, thick and fresh leaves, complete plant shape, no loose seeds when harvesting, no water soaking, no gravity banding, high stack pressure, no mechanical injury, no pests and diseases.
Trimming and cleaning will remove roots and roots and remove dead leaves and leaves. Pick out loose strains and bolting strains. Clean it.
Blanching, cooling, then put the root into boiling water and blanch for about 30 seconds, then immerse the entire plant in the blanching for about 30 seconds. The blanched spinach was immediately put into cold water and cooled to below 10°C.
Drain, freeze, remove the water with a vibrating screen, place it in a 18cm 13cm rectangular box, spread neatly, 530g per box, depending on the amount of water. After the roots of the vegetables are well aligned, they are put into the box one by one, and then the stems and leaves outside the box are folded back toward the roots to form a rectangular block.
The rectangular spinach block was sent to a freezer below -35°C to freeze until the central temperature was -18°C.
Ice packs are dehydrated with cold water, and then tapped on the frozen boxes. The spinach in the box is placed in the ice-plating tank for ice packs: immersed in 3-5°C cold water for 3-5 seconds and quickly removed.
Pack, freeze and store 20 bags per 500 grams, net weight 10 kg. Frozen after packaging.
(3) The quality standard is greenish green; this species should have taste and odor, no odor; the tissue is fresh, the stems and leaves are thick, the plant type is complete, and the food has no coarse fiber sense.
(B) Frozen Kidney Beans

The packaging plastic bags are packed in 250g or 500g and then packed in cartons, 10kg per carton.
