Five causes of valve leakage

(1) Valve and valve seat caused (1) The valve head is in contact with the helium band or the valve seat is in poor contact. The contact ring has some spots and coke, or the contact angle with the valve does not meet the requirements, resulting in tight sealing of the valve and valve seat. Leakage occurs. (2) Excessive carbon deposition in the valve stem, inflexible reciprocating movement of the valve, affecting the timely reset of the valve, causing valve leakage. (3) If the valve clearance is too small or other mechanical failure occurs, the valve stem is deformed, and the valve stem and the ankle ring are partially misaligned, resulting in leakage. (4) The failure of the fuel injection pump resulted in poor atomization of the injector and late injection of fuel, resulting in burning of the valve and valve seat in the contact zone and affecting the valve's tightness. 2. Caused by the valve guide tube (1) Due to the breakage of the valve guide tube and the wear between the valve rod and the guide tube, the fitting clearance exceeds the specified standard limit value, and the guide action of the guide tube on the valve is lost, causing the valve to sway about during work. , leading to valve leakage. (2) The density of the valve guide pipe pressed into the hole of the cylinder head exceeds the technical standard, or there is serious carbon deposition in the guide pipe, which affects the normal reset of the valve and causes the valve to leak. 3, caused by the valve spring (1) long-term use of the spring, natural wear will also affect the free height of the valve spring. (2) Valve spring fatigue. When the valve is closed, the valve spring makes the pre-tightening force of the valve reset seal small, so that the valve sealing performance is deteriorated, causing the valve to leak. (3) The verticality of the valve spring exceeds the permissible range. During operation, the valve spring forces the valve stem to produce uneven wear in the catheter. As a result, the wear of the catheter and the valve stem is accelerated, resulting in loose valve seal and air leakage. 4, caused by the valve spring seat, lock clip (1) due to valve spring seat and valve lock clip inside and outside the cone wear. The free height of the installation of the valve spring is increased, so that the pre-tightening force of the valve spring is relatively weakened, resulting in lax seal of the valve and leakage of air. (2) Due to the influence of the pressure on the rocker side of the valve, the unilateral wear of valve springs occurs in some models, the verticality of the valve spring and the cylinder head is destroyed, and the valve spring forces the valve stem to one side in the conduit, which also causes serious deviation. Grinding makes the valve leak tight and leaks. 5. The clearance caused by the decompression gap being too small and the decompression gap being adjusted too small, the gap does not conform to the technical requirements stipulated by the model. Therefore, when the temperature of the machine is found to increase, the valves and the components of the decompression mechanism are thermally expanded, which also causes the valve to close and leak. To eliminate valve leakage faults, the following measures shall be taken: (1) Remove carbon deposits on the valve and valve seat in time, and repair the grinding valve according to technical standards. 2 If the valve and valve seat burn more severely, replace it in time. 3 Carefully inspect the valve springs and lock clips. Replace them if necessary. 4 Carefully check the valve clearance and adjust according to the specified value.
