(5) Do not swim, row, and fish in rivers or lakes during thunderstorms. Those who drive the pulping machine should suspend their operations and return home as soon as possible. Also do not stay on the side of the body of water, because the water vapor over the body is particularly large, it is easy to transmit electricity by lightning.

(6) Locomotives should leave immediately in case of thunderstorms in the dangerous mountainous terrain. They can neither stay at the top of the hill nor stop at the foot of the mountain. The top of the hill is prone to lightning strikes, and flash floods may occur at the foot of the mountain.
