Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, and are degassed and spirally pre-pressed into two equal rolls. The rolls are relatively rotated, and the materials are forcedly fed between the two rolls. The rolls bite the material into the nip for compression, and the material passes through the compression zone. After that, the surface tension and gravity of the material naturally make it out. After the stripping, the finger-like mass enters the granulator and is broken by the rotating knife row. The broken material enters the granulator and the granules and some powdery materials are sieved by the rolling knives. The qualified product is sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor. The powdered sieve material is again sent back to the raw material bin through the conveyor for secondary rolling, and the pressing force can be adjusted by the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of the granulation operation. By changing the groove form of the roll surface, a sheet-like, strip-shaped, flat spherical material can be obtained.
