If the liquid level is too high, first turn on the ammonia pump to supply liquid to the system or through the drain valve to the drain barrel. Liquid, the liquid is reduced to below 50%.

3) Check the compressor: Check if the oil level is below 1/2 of the oiling mirror and above 1/2 of the oil mirror; check if the energy level indication is at “0” position; check the status of each valve of the compressor, including the valve.

After the above checks are normal, you can start the boot.

2, manual start 1) start the cooling water pump and the coolant pump, supply water to the condenser and evaporator;

2) Open the compressor exhaust shutoff valve;

3) start the oil pump;

4) Unload the compressor to the “0” position;

5) After the oil pump is started for 30 seconds, the difference between the oil pressure and the exhaust pressure reaches 0.4~0.6MPa. Press the compressor start button, the compressor starts, and the bypass solenoid valve A also automatically opens. After the motor is running normally, the A valve is automatically closed;

6) Observe the suction pressure gauge, gradually open the suction shut-off valve and manually increase the load. Note that the suction pressure should not be too low. After the compressor enters normal operation, adjust the oil pressure regulating valve so that the oil pressure difference is 0.15~0.3MPa.

7) Check the pressure and temperature of each part of the equipment, especially the temperature of the moving parts. If there is any abnormality, stop the inspection.

2, automatic start 1) open the compressor exhaust cut-off valve, start the cooling water pump and the refrigerant pump;

2) Press the compressor start button, when the oil pump is automatically put into operation, the slide valve will automatically return to the “0” position. After the oil pressure difference is established, the main motor is automatically started after a delay of about 15 seconds, and the bypass solenoid valve A is automatically opened. After the motor is running normally, the A valve is automatically closed;

3) When the main motor starts to start, slowly open the suction shut-off valve at the same time, otherwise the excessive vacuum will increase the vibration and noise of the machine.

4) The compressor will automatically load up to 100% and enter normal working condition. The load position is automatically adjusted according to the pressure set value or the coolant temperature set value.

The normal shutdown process is as follows:

a. Manual shutdown, the order of shutdown is unloading, stopping the host, closing the suction shut-off valve, stopping the oil pump, stopping the pump. When the main stop button is pressed, the bypass solenoid valve B is automatically opened, and the B valve is automatically closed after the stop.

b. Automatic shutdown:

1) Press the compressor stop button, the spool valve will automatically return to “0” position, the main motor will stop automatically, and the bypass solenoid valve B will automatically open, the oil pump delay will stop automatically, and the B valve will automatically close after stopping;

2) Close the suction shutoff valve. If the machine is shut down for a long time, the exhaust shut-off valve should also be closed;

3) Turn off the pump power supply and compressor power switch.

Second, the operation of the precautions a) Compressor operation should pay attention to observe the suction and exhaust pressure, intake and exhaust temperature, oil temperature and oil pressure, and record regularly. The instrument is required to be accurate.

b) During the operation of the compressor, due to a certain safety protection action, it is necessary to find out the cause of the failure before starting the machine. Never turn it on again by changing their settings or by masking the fault.

c) When the main engine is stopped due to sudden power failure, the compressor may be reversed due to the failure of the bypass solenoid valve B. In this case, the suction shutoff valve should be closed quickly to reduce the reverse rotation.

d) If the machine is shut down for a long period of time in the low temperature season, all the water in the system should be drained to avoid freezing the equipment.

e) If the machine is turned on in the low temperature season, first turn on the oil pump, and rotate the steering wheel according to the direction of the motor to make the oil circulate in the compressor and fully lubricate. This process must be carried out in the manual start mode.

f) The unit should be shut down for a long time, and the oil pump should be turned on every 10 days to ensure that all parts of the compressor have lubricating oil. Each time the oil pump starts for 10 minutes; every 2~3 months, the compressor is started once, each time 1 Hours, to ensure that moving parts do not stick together.

g) Before each start-up, Zui will move the compressor a few times to check whether the compressor is stuck or not, and distribute the lubricating oil evenly.
