Piglet diarrhea disease according to the actual situation, the old and new, cold and heat into the diarrhea wounds, cold and damp diarrhea and hot and humid diarrhea three. The author treated a total of 52 diarrhoea piglets of all kinds, including 19 diarrhoea, 25 cold and diarrhea, 10 hot and humid diarrhea, 46 cured (19 diarrhoea, 21 cold and diarrhea). 6 hot and humid diarrhea, the cure rate of 88.46%, the effect is obvious.

1 Etiology and pathogenesis

Piglet disease occurs due to overeating, resulting in the accumulation of food and intestines, loss of transportation, damage to the spleen and stomach, illness and disease, and the occurrence of large intestine; or cold dampness, Sheng Yang, loss of transport, mostly due to external cold evil invasion or long cold food Material water, caused by dirty cold qi deficiency, voicing regardless of hair; or because of long-term food intake of mildew, hot weather, excessive labor, so that hot and humid stagnation of the gastrointestinal, resulting in spleen and stomach disorders, conduction dereliction of duty, regardless of voicing caused diarrhea.

2 dialectical treatment

2.1 Injury and diarrhea (1) Clinical symptoms: abdominal fullness, dull pain, thick stool, smelly odor, large amounts of undigested feed in the feces, from time to time fart, room or fart with the same, abdominal pain is diarrhea, after diarrhea Pain reduction, loss of appetite or waste, intercourse or vomiting, pale pink, thick and greasy fur, pulse number or slippery. (2) Treatment: Spleen digestion, qi and stomach. With Huoxiangzhengqi Water 3 (30ml in total), Radish 20g, Ji Nei Jin 30g, Hawthorn, Divine Comedy, 20g each of malt, research not yet, boiled water, warm water, and appropriate exercise and abdominal massage.

2.3 Hot and humid diarrhea (1) Clinical symptoms: Diarrhea, diarrhea, slight abdominal pain, fecal odor, or mucus, fibrosis, loss of appetite, heat, thirst, mouth, nose, ears, hot, eye conjunctival flushing, short urine Chi, mentally tired, greasy tongue, and flooded pulse. 3 typical cases

Case 1 On September 27, 2005, a group of 53 piglets were purchased by Tangmou, Shaping Group, Jinke Village, Kedu Town, and they were fed with concentrate after entering the lap. Symptoms: diarrhea, food waste, mental fatigue, abdominal pain, thick smelly feces, fecal matter containing a large amount of undigested feed, from time to time fart fart, inter-fat or feces together, abdominal pain is diarrhea, pain reduction after diarrhea, loss of appetite Or waste must be absent, or vomiting, light pink. The diagnosis was diarrhea. Treatment: 3 pieces of Huoxiangzhengqi water, 20g of Laizizi, 30g of Ji Nei Jin, 20g of each of Hawthorn, Divine Comedy, and Malt. After the powder is poured in, the water is used for reconstitution, and the temperature is used for irrigation and appropriate exercise and abdominal massage are performed. Three doses of medication were used to prevent diarrhea in the pigs the following night and the appetite returned to normal.

Case 2 On October 12, 2005, Hemou, a white paper mill in Kedu Town, informed him of the onset of six pigs. Symptoms: sick pigs with mental fatigue, loss of appetite, head and low deafness, cold nose, ear arch, body temperature 37 ~ 38 °C, dilute fecal stained tail, run-way fecal samples of fecal odor, feces, or belly twitching. Severe anal incontinence, go with diarrhea. Diagnosed as cold and wet. Treatment: 3 pieces of water with Huo Xiang Zheng Qi, wind 25g, Nepeta 30g, into powder, reconstituted with boiling water, waiting for warm irrigation service. Intensive injections of cardiac needles, warm salt water, cold insulation. Two doses of medication were used to prevent diarrhea on the day of the disease and the appetite returned to normal.

4 Discussion

4.1 Huoxiang Zhengqi Water is a proprietary Chinese medicine made from Patchouli oil, Perilla frutescens oil, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Atractylodes lancea, Magnolia officinalis (Ginger), Pinellia ternata, Poria cocos, Citrus grandis, Taifupi, Licorice extract, and ethanol. , color brown, spicy, bitter, with the efficacy of spleen digestion, qi and stomach, suitable for Shushiganmao, chills, fever, abdominal distention, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms. In the treatment of piglet diarrhea, the author used its main medicine, supplemented by Jianweixiaoshi, Xin Wenjie table, heat and cooling blood and the like drugs, with low cost, quick effect, etc., for peer verification and reference.

4.2 When treating this disease, it must be accurately diagnosed, distinguish between the actual condition of the syndrome, cold and heat, and syndrome differentiation. Avoid using the wrong prescription.

4.3 Of the 52 cases treated by the author, one died, five stiff pigs and 46 were cured. The reason for the death of sick pigs was due to crude drug application by farmers, which led to misuse of liquid medicine and suffocation. In the actual treatment process, it is better to use two people, one person is responsible for Baoding, the pig body is clamped with both feet, the forelegs are fixed with both hands to keep it upright, and the other two are responsible for the medicine injection and use a thin stick to cross the card. Keep your mouth open and try to keep it open. Use a beer bottle to hold the lukewarm potion and pour slowly. If the diseased pig is not swallowed, it is forbidden to forcibly evacuate and the throat can be swallowed by hand; if the liquid is inadvertently evacuated into the trachea, the sick pig will be immediately lifted and the liquid will flow out on its own.

4.4 Because piglets are immature and weak, disease resistance is weak, and their condition changes quickly, which can easily lead to the loss of yin. If the treatment is not timely, once the dehydration occurs, the stomach will be seriously damaged and a stiff pig will form. This requires farmers to pay attention to daily management, early detection and early treatment, and minimize losses.
