How to make oil samples:

1) Using a large syringe, take 40 ml of the oil sample (should be sampled vertically downwards) and seal it with a red "plastic cap" (pinch the rubber cap). The gas in the syringe should be removed. After preparation, use a 5 ml syringe to extract 5 ml of nitrogen, carefully (take nitrogen) into the oil sample, and place it in the shaker for oscillation.

2) After the oscillation is completed, extract the oscillating gas with a 5 ml syringe.

3) Change the sample type to "Test Sample". Before entering the oil sample (gas), in the software aspect, fill in the oil sample information, double-click "View or modify the method file" under the analysis method, click "Experiment information", fill in the oil sample volume into "40" ML". The gas to be withdrawn should be written on the volume of the oscillating gas collected in the 5 ml syringe. Once finished, you can enter the oil sample.

4) Take 1 ml of the oscillating gas with a 1 ml syringe (sampling vertically downwards). Inject into the chromatograph for analysis.

Nitrogen, hydrogen, and air machine notes:
