The stainless steel sewage pump adopts an axially returning pump body structure. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc., after the pump is normally started, the impeller sucks the liquid stored in the suction chamber together with the air in the suction line, and is in the impeller. The inside is completely mixed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrains the gas to flow to the outer edge of the wrap, and a white foam band of a certain thickness and a high-speed rotating liquid ring are formed on the outer edge of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion tube. At this time, since the flow rate is suddenly lowered, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas liquid, and the gas continues to rise and discharge through the pump body spout. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber, and enters the impeller again by the return hole, and is again mixed with the gas sucked from the suction pipe inside the impeller, and flows to the outer edge of the impeller under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller. As the process progresses from the beginning to the end, the air in the suction line is continuously reduced until the gas is exhausted, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation.
There is also a cooling chamber at the bottom of the bearing body of some pumps. When the bearing heat rises and the bearing body temperature rises more than 70 degrees, it can be cooled by circulating any coolant pipe joint at the cooling chamber. The sealing mechanism inside the pump to prevent liquid from leaking from the high pressure zone to the low pressure zone is a front and rear seal ring. The front seal ring is mounted on the pump body, and the rear seal ring is mounted on the bearing body. When the pump is worn for a long time, the seal ring is worn to a certain extent, and Replacement should be given when affecting pump efficiency and self-priming performance.

Precautions for installation of stainless steel sewage pump:
1. First check if the bolts are loose, the power cord and plug are intact, and the motor insulation resistance should be greater than 2 megohms.
2. In order to prevent electric shock, it is necessary to install corresponding safety measures such as leakage circuit breaker or electric shock protector, and to carry out reliable grounding. 3. The working voltage of the pump must be within +5%, -12% of the rated voltage. Doing so will shorten the life of the motor or burn it out. If the electric pump is far away from the power supply, the power transmission line should be thickened properly, otherwise the voltage will drop and it will not work.
4. Close the power switch and let the pump idle for about 2 minutes to check whether it is started, whether the operation is normal, and whether the steering is correct.
5. Fix the pump body, use steel pipe or rubber tube (not too soft, so as not to suck flat), connect the water inlet and the bottom valve. The bottom valve must be placed perpendicular to the horizontal plane, 30Cm above the bottom of the water to avoid suctioning the sediment.
6. Clear water centrifugal pump use and automatic suction pump Before the first use, the water storage tank should be filled with water. After powering for several tens of seconds, it can not automatically discharge water. It will not need to be filled after use.
7. Before the first use of the self-cleaning water pump and the automatic self-priming water pump tube, the water storage tank should be filled with water. After being powered for several tens of seconds, the water cannot be automatically discharged, and no watering is needed after use.
8. When using, the motor should be kept dry. Pay attention to the water level drop and the bottom valve should not be out of the water. When the temperature is below 4 °C. Antifreeze work should be done to avoid cracking the pump body.
9. If it is not used for a period of time, drain the water in the pump (self-priming pump and automatic pump to drain the water in the storage tank), scrub the main parts, apply anti-rust oil, and put them in a dry and ventilated place.
