In general, crop yields are high, water content is high, and in the morning, low-speed gears should be used; when crop yields are low and moisture content is low, high-speed gears should be used. During the operation, you must not change the throttle size or use the clutch to control the speed to avoid blockage and damage the machine. If you need to adjust the working speed, you should use the shift position. If there is any blockage, the power should be cut off and the operation should be completed after troubleshooting.
The choice of harvesting route. The crops grow normally, and the harvesting method can be adopted in the circle and two-way laying; the crops are laid down, cut in the reversible direction or cut in the direction of 45° with the lodging crops, and should be harvested against the wind direction or perpendicular to the wind direction when the wind is strong, and laid down in the wind. If the work cannot be done at full scale, the crop should be harvested on the output side. When you need to adjust the direction of advancement, you should turn slowly, so as not to cut the table and swing the crop.
During the harvesting process, if the vehicle needs to be reversed, the header must be raised; when the unit turns, the power should be cut off, the platform should be decelerated after being lifted, the header should be lowered after turning, and the power should be combined, and the standby group should be operated normally before harvesting; When the unit needs to transfer the land, the header should be raised to the highest position, locked with an interlocking device, and driven at medium or low speed.
After the end of each day's work, the header should be placed on the mat or block prepared beforehand, and then parked, and can not be hung.
