First, the sanitary cleaning

Second, rotating oil indicator

For diesel engines engraved with the "Winter and Summer" rotation indicator in the lubricating oil road, the arrow of the indicator should be rotated to the word "Summer" to achieve a large oil circulation. In this way, it is possible to effectively avoid the phenomenon that the oil temperature is too high and the oil pressure is lowered, and the wear of the machine parts is likely to occur.

Third, change the oil

Due to the variety of diesel engines, specifications and models, the requirements for the oil used are not consistent. Two replacement methods are proposed:

1. In the diesel engine manual, if there is no clear requirement for the engine oil or if there is no "winter or summer", the engine oil should be released after the diesel engine has gone hot or the operation is over, and the water temperature is about 80 °C. After no less than 24 hours. Precipitate and add back to use. The precipitated oil base should be dumped, and new oil should be added when the oil is insufficient.

2. In the diesel engine manual, if the oil is divided into winter and summer, the summer oil should be replaced and used. The method is: make the water temperature of the diesel engine reach 80, and put the oil on the heat (be careful not to burn your hands). After waiting for 30 minutes, tighten the oil drain plug, add the same amount of diesel oil to the oil pan, run at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, and release the cleaning diesel oil for use as a washing. In this way, the oil circuit and the oil passage can be drained and cleaned, and the oil passage is unobstructed, which creates conditions for the trouble-free operation of the lubricating oil circuit. Add summer oil.

Fourth, cleaning three filters, three networks

The three-filter is a paper filter. It is best to replace the new one after the filter is removed. Metal filters and filter cartridges can only be cleaned with clean oil, brush or gas cylinder, and the gas should be blown out of the gas. “Three nets” refers to the filter net of diesel filling port, oil filling port and exhaust gas outlet, which should be thoroughly cleaned so that the access is unimpeded.

Fifth, the use of zero diesel

The spring weather is characterized by rapid temperature rise, diesel engine adaptability to fuel is getting better and better, using zero diesel, can reduce costs and increase farmers' income.
