First, the installation of the vacuum pump
1, installation preparation work
(1) Check the vacuum pump and motor to make sure there is no damage during transportation and handling.
(2) Check the tools and lifting machinery and check the basis of the machine.
2, vacuum pump installation sequence
(1) When the whole vacuum pump arrives at the site, the motor is installed; when the base is leveled, it is not necessary to remove the vacuum pump and the motor.
(2) Apply the leveling plane according to the basic plane of the vacuum pump. After the foundation mud solidifies, install the vacuum pump on the foundation and check the flat condition with the flat meter. If it is not flat, apply the horn to adjust it until it is flat, then pass the grouting hole. The base and anchor bolt holes are poured from concrete.
(3) After the mud is dry, check whether the base and anchor bolts are loose. After fitting, tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts. Finally, check the flatness of the whole unit. If there is a slight unevenness, use the inclined iron to level.
(4) The suction and discharge lines of the vacuum pump shall have their own brackets, and the weight of the pipeline shall not be directly absorbed by the vacuum pump.
(5) The direction of the vacuum pump shaft and the motor should be the same. Otherwise, when the three-phase asynchronous motor is used as the power, just connect any two of the three leads to the swap position.
(6) When the installation position of the vacuum pump is higher than the liquid level (within the suction range of the vacuum pump), the bottom valve should be installed at the end of the suction line, and the filling hole or valve should be placed on the discharge line for the start. For liquid filling. When the vacuum pump is installed below the liquid level, the control valve is installed in the suction line.
(7) The installation height of the vacuum pump must be based on the NPSHr requirements to avoid cavitation.
3, vacuum pump disassembly
(1) Unscrew the oil drain plug on the suspension body, drain the lubricating oil, and remove the motor.
(2) Loosen the connecting bolts of the vacuum pump body and the bearing body to separate the impeller, the shaft seal body, and the bearing body from the vacuum pump body.
(3) Loosen the impeller nut and take out the impeller and the flat key.
(4) Take out the shaft seal body and the sealing part, take out the static ring of the mechanical seal, and remove the packing cover to remove the packing.
(5) Remove the rotating part of the mechanical seal and the bushing from the shaft, and remove the bushing from the packing seal.
(6) Remove the bracket and coupling of the bearing body.
(7) Remove the bearing gland, the rubber ring, the vacuum pump shaft and the bearing.
4, vacuum pump assembly
4.1. The assembly sequence of the vacuum pump can basically be reversed in the order of disassembly. There are a few points to note when installing mechanical seals:
(1) Whether the rubber O-ring is damaged or swollen, if necessary, it must be replaced.
(2) The surface of the moving and static rings is absolutely clean and a small amount of oil is applied.
4.2, packing seals should be noted when loading:
(1) The outer ring runout of the bushing is not more than 0.05mm.
(2) After the filler is cut, the lap is 45, and the filler is placed in a special mold according to the size of the shaft before loading.
(3) The packing is placed in the filling chamber, and the overlap of the packing of each ring is staggered. The packing gland should be loosened before driving, and gradually pressed after turning.
Second, vacuum pump maintenance and maintenance
(1) Check for looseness in the vacuum pump and piping and joints. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
(3) Unscrew the screw plug of the vacuum pump body and pour the lead (or the slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the pipeline and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Jog the motor and check if the motor is turning correctly.
(6) Start the motor. When the vacuum pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the imported vacuum vacuum pump. After displaying the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
(7) Try to control the flow rate and lift of the vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
(8) During the operation of the vacuum pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80C.
(9) If the vacuum pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately and check the cause.
(10) When the vacuum pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, then stop the motor.
(11) The vacuum pump will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours in the first month of operation, and then change the oil once every 500 hours.
(12) Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make a drip leak).
(13) Regularly check the wear of the bushing, and replace it when it is worn out.
(14) When the vacuum pump is used in the cold winter season, after parking, the lower part of the vacuum pump body should be screwed open to release the medium. Prevent freezing cracks.
(15) The vacuum pump should be deactivated for a long time. All the vacuum pumps should be disassembled, wiped dry, and the rotating parts and joints should be greased and properly stored.
Third, the vacuum pump may occur faults and solutions
