(5) broken. The sweet potatoes and carrots were broken into small pieces of 3 cm square, respectively, and beaten twice with a beater, and then stored in a porcelain bucket.

(6) deployment. Formula: Take 6 kg of sweet potato slurry, 4 kg of carrot slurry, 4 kg of white granulated sugar, 20 g of citric acid, 200 g of honey, 0.6 kg of thickening agent, and appropriate amount of sodium benzoate, and mix evenly (white sugar, thickener, and citric acid are added separately. Amount of water-soluble, filtered). Excipients quality requirements: white sugar in line with GB317 superior grade and a standard. Citric acid meets GB1987 standard. Sodium benzoate meets the GB1905 standard. Water meets the requirements of 4.1 in GB5749-85 and GB10791-84.

(7) boiled. Put the prepared mixed liquid into a sandwich pot and boil until the soluble solids reach 55% or more.

(8) Flattened. The brewed liquid mixture is placed on an enamel plate and the thickness is controlled to be 0.8-1 cm.

(9) Baking. The mixture liquid spread on the enamel disc is placed in an oven or a drying room with a blower, the temperature is controlled at about 60°C, and baking is continued for about 8 hours. (10) Modeling and packaging. Cut the baked mixture into 5 cm 2 cm or 3 cm 3 cm blocks. Can also be made into a round, small animals and Other shapes. The packaging is first wrapped in plastic film food bags, and then packed. 25 kg per box, the liner lined with paper or sulfuric acid paper.
