2, adjust the feed, change the feeding method. In weather conditions above 27°C, the feed intake of broilers will decrease by 1.5% for every 1°C increase in house temperature. Therefore, in the hot season, reduce the energy level appropriately and use plant protein as an alternative to animal protein. The content of protein in grains is 1%~2%, multi-vitamins are increased by 30%~50%, and feed intake is increased. Try to make broilers feed in a cool time. At night, the lights should be adjusted to increase the chicken's excitability and increase the number of night feedings.

3, for fresh, clean cold water. Water plays an important role in the body as a thermoregulator. It must provide sufficient cold water in hot summer to allow the chicken to drink. The quantity of water dispensers should be sufficient, and the height should be suitable and distributed evenly to ensure that every broiler can drink water. About 10 °C is appropriate. From 10 am to 5 pm, change the water every 2 hours and clean and disinfect the water dispenser daily.

4, reduce the breeding density. In the hot summer season, reducing the rearing density as much as possible can effectively reduce the temperature in the home. The excessive density of chickens is not conducive to the distribution of heat in chicken houses, which can easily lead to the occurrence of heat failure in broilers. At the same time, it is also unfavorable for broiler chickens to eat and drink and affect the growth of broilers. The stocking density should be reduced by 10% compared with the normal rearing density, and the flock should not be too large, about 300 per group.

5. Keep the litter dry and reduce the humidity in the house. In the summer, the humidity of the litter is controlled to be about 18%. The humidity will affect the heat dissipation. At the same time, the feathers of the broiler will be contaminated and cause some diseases. At the same time pay attention to the removal of mosquitoes and flies, and the litter should be kept dry and soft.

6, add anti-stress drugs. When broilers are under heat stress, anti-stress drugs should be added to the broiler feed or drinking water, adding 0.1-0.3 g of bacitracin per kilogram of diet; when the temperature is higher than 27°C, add 150-300 per kilogram of feed. Mg of vitamin C or 100 mg of vitamin C per kilogram of water, drink during the day; add 0.3% of baking soda to the diet, and reduce the amount of salt (sodium chloride) in the diet; heat stress Prone to hypokalemia, so add 0.2% ~ 0.3% of potassium chloride in the diet, or add 0.1% ~ 0.2% potassium chloride in drinking water. 7. Strengthen the prevention and control of epidemics. Do a good job of preventing diseases and strengthen prevention and control of chicken fleas, coccidiosis, and aspergillosis. When broilers are reared in Yanxia, ​​the disease resistance of broilers is reduced, and it is easy to induce coccidiosis and staphylococcal diseases in broilers.
