In order to improve the detection speed of protein content determination, the key is to accelerate the digestion time of the sample digestion. KDN-12C-12 hole digestion furnace, heating body (module) uses infrared quartz tube, resistant to strong acid and alkali, explosion-proof, long life, in line with CE standards. The characteristic is that the digestive tube has a large heating area, a small temperature difference, good sample digestion consistency, and high thermal efficiency, which is beneficial to the digestion of the sample. The temperature control adopts a new generation of digital display temperature controller, which controls the temperature and heats up quickly. At the same time, the harmful gas such as SO 2 overflowing in the digestive tube is discharged into the sewer from the water through the suction collecting pipe on the digesting furnace, thereby effectively suppressing the escape of harmful gases.

1. Pumping pump connection method
The filter end of the suction pump is connected with the faucet with a rubber tube, the B end is connected with the exhaust port of the sewage collection pipe by the rubber tube, the rubber tube is connected to the sewer by the C end, and the rubber tube is not too long for the B end. The tap water should be digested and drained. Increase the suction (3-4L/min) as much as possible to increase the suction of the suction pump so that the exhaust gas is discharged into the sewer together with the tap water.
2. Digestion furnace temperature control method:
The KDN-12C digestion furnace uses a new generation of digital display temperature controller to control the heating of the digestion furnace, which can display the target temperature value and the current temperature value. The user can change the heating temperature according to actual needs.
2.1 temperature control table button description:
1 "PV" display window: display current temperature value
2 “SV†display window: display the set temperature control value and the new parameter value after manual adjustment.
3 "AT" self-adjusting light: The meter activates the auto-tuning function key, self-tuning indication.
4 "SET" mode menu button: set the temperature control value / enter the meter to view, set the parameters, confirm the set parameters.
5 "OUT" master output indication: The light is on during heating.
6"ALM1" "ALM2" signal indicator
7 “ †shift key: When setting parameters, press this key to set the ones, tens and hundred digits respectively.
8 “ †“ †plus or minus keys: used to reduce and increase the value when setting parameters.
2.2 Temperature setting:
Press the “SET†button. When the “SV†bit is flashing, the shift values ​​“ †and “ â€, “ †can be used to reduce or increase the temperature value according to specific needs. When the value of the “SV†display window reaches the required temperature value, set it, press “SET†to confirm.
3. Operation process:
1. Place the digestive tube containing the sample on the test tube holder, install the fluorine rubber ring and the collection tube, and place them on the top of the digestion furnace. (As shown in FIG)
2. Connect the tap water and the suction pump according to the above diagram, and pay attention to the water flow rate (3-4L/min).
3. Connect the power cord in the accessory and turn on the boat switch.
4. Set the temperature to be heated according to the instructions for use of the instrument. First, the temperature is set to 300° (usually reachable within 10 minutes) and heating is continued for 20 minutes after reaching the temperature. Then reset the temperature to 450 ° and continue heating. The sample will then slowly stop boiling, then the color will begin to change. When the sample color turns completely blue-green, it will continue to heat for 30-60 minutes, at which point the digestion is complete. (Generally, from start-up to complete digestion of the sample, it is necessary to set the temperature twice, and the total time required is about 100-120 minutes, depending on the actual sample)
5. After the digestion is completed, move it to the test tube mounting base together with the test tube holder to cool.
4. Note:
     1. When the pump is first connected, ensure that the pump is in the three-way state, and the inner hole of the B end must be kept in communication with the inner holes of the A and C ends to ensure that the exhaust gas in the digestive pipe can be removed. If there is a lot of exhaust gas leakage, you can check whether the suction pump is normal here, you can rotate the B end to adjust its position.
2. When installing the collection tube, pay attention to the fluorine rubber ring to be clamped at the interface of the digestive tube to prevent the exhaust gas from escaping.
3. Digestion process Because the position of each digestive tract is different, the temperature at the periphery and the center is slightly different, so some samples appear in the digestive process first, which are normal phenomena. At the same time, in order to ensure complete digestion, the digestion time can be extended appropriately.
4. After the digestion is completed, the water source cannot be turned off during the cooling phase, otherwise the remaining exhaust gas will escape.
5. When the machine is turned on and the instrument reaches the set temperature, the instrument will sound (for the contactor to pick up the sound), which is normal.
