Causes: The "false living" phenomenon of seedlings is because some seedlings draw branches by virtue of their own stored nutrients, but they die due to too weak root system or excessive damage during transplanting, or too deep planting, unfavorable conditions and death. The seedlings are not supplied with water and nutrients for a long time, and the nutrients stored in the seedlings are consumed, and they die and die.

The phenomenon of “suspended animation” of seedlings is different from that of “false living,” but the causes are similar. The main reason is that the quality of seedlings is poor, the growth of roots is poor, or the seedlings are injured too much. After planting, no suitable environmental conditions for the growth of seedlings are created.

Preventive measures: 1. The quality of planting seedlings must be adequate, and the seedlings are full and robust and their root system is well developed. At the same time, when moving the seedlings, be careful not to injure too many roots and try to keep more secondary roots. 2. When planting seedlings, the pits are required to be larger, and the gravel, bricks and tiles in the soil are cleaned, and the appropriate amount of fertilizer is applied. When planting should not be too deep, generally the root neck or grafting interface with the surface is appropriate. 3. When planting seedlings, the root system must not be in direct contact with the chemical fertilizer. Mix the fertilizer and the soil well, cover some loam soil, and then plant the seedlings. Drenching water is critical so as not to twist the roots. 4. Seedlings should be fixed in order to see the buds, and must be filled with buds to avoid leaving weak buds and blind buds.
