Maintenance of the tumbler:
1: Open the vacuum oil water separator bottom valve switch at the end of each work, drain the accumulated water. Remove the vacuum inhalation material. Clean the vacuum oil water separator to ensure the vacuum line is unblocked.
2: The vacuum pump should stop the pump once a month to check the oil pollution. If the oil in the vacuum pump has been contaminated, it should be changed in time. Before the oil is changed, the pump must be idling for 15 minutes. After the oil is heated, stop the pump. Open the oil plug to drain the oil. Use some new oil or cleaning oil to clean the pump and inject new vacuum pump oil. (New oil is 10# gasoline or oil) Maintenance and maintenance of the vacuum pump can be carried out with reference to the vacuum pump instruction manual.
3: Always check the oil level of the worm gear reducer. If you find that the oil level is lower than the height of the oil window 1/2, you should add 30# mechanical oil in time.
