Cucumber and Coprinus comatus intercropping cultivation

Coprinus comatus, also known as comatus, is a typical mid-temperature type. When the ground temperature is lower than 8 degrees Celsius, it cannot be normally mushroomed. When the ground temperature is higher than 30 degrees Celsius, the vigor of the mycelia drops, and a large number of parasitizing chicken puff mushrooms appears. In the worst. Adopting the method of cooling in summer and increasing temperature in winter can produce coprinus comatus in an annual, but the cost of cooling in summer is high and the benefit is low. In winter, using vegetable greenhouses to interbreed chicken mushrooms not only saves the heating cost, but also does not invade the effective space of vegetables. Can provide part of the carbon dioxide gas fertilizer for vegetables, is a worthy of promotion of the cultivation mode.

1. Raw material formula

(1) 60% wheat straw, 25% dry cow dung, 12% wheat bran and 3% corn flour. (2) 30% straw, 20% corn straw, 15% wheat bran, 5% corn flour. (3) Corncob 40%, bean straw 45%, wheat bran 12%, and cornmeal 3%. (4) Pleurotus ostreatus waste 40%, bean stalk 45%, wheat bran 13%, and cornmeal 2%.

In the above 4 formulas, add 50kg of special fertilizer for Coprinus comatus, 2.5kg of 25% carbendazim, 0.1kg of magnesium sulfate, 0.02kg of zinc sulfate, 0.005kg of water, 60-80kg of water per 50kg of culture material.

2. Raw material processing

The corn stover, bean straw and rice straw were fully dried and smashed to make the corn kernels and the corn kernels the same size. The wheat straw, rice straw, and soybean straw were similar to the crumbs, so that they had good air permeability, strong water holding capacity, and suitable mycelial growth. .

3. Mixing method

Using "stacked oxygen fermentation method" spices. (1) Spread the dry material on the already-killed site, add the dry fertilizer to the specific fertilizer, water, and quicklime dosage required in the formula, mix it and pile it into earth samples, and cover all the holes. The insecticide is applied to the surface of the pile, covered with plastic, and the oxygen is propped up around the membrane. Wait until the temperature rises to 62 degrees Celsius, and turn it for 48 hours. (2) Turn sides of the pile into the accessories, mix and then stack, puncture and fight drugs, cover film, wait until the temperature rises again to 62 degrees Celsius, keep 36 hours turning. (3) spraying carbendazim while turning the heap side, adjusting the moisture content to 65%; adjusting the pH value to 8 with quicklime, fully mix well and wait until the material temperature falls below 25 degrees Celsius.

4. Bagging bacteria

Using the “two-end porous oxygen bagging” technology, choose a low-voltage polyethylene plastic bag with a diameter of 26cm and a length of 45cm, install 3 layers of material, sow 4 layers, use about 18% of the size, and use 10-12mm diameter at both ends of the bag. The sticks, the depth of each 4-5 ventilation holes for the bag length 1/2, 15-20 days mycelium filled with bacteria bags, covering the soil.

5. Cover management

Cultivated Coprinus comatus mainly uses the 70cm isolation zone of the cucumber shed, which is a leisure area. The length of the shed is digging a depth of 40cm, a width of 65cm in the ditch, and covers 10cm of straw and wheat straw that have been fermented. The film of the bag is removed. Put three lines in the gap, fill in the gap with soil, the bag covered with soil thickness 3-3.5cm. After covering the soil, use high-performance cypermethrin and clotrimyl, 2-3 days after pouring water. After 15-20 days, coprinus comatus appeared in large numbers. In the fruiting body of fruiting bodies from the stipe when the harvest, to ensure product quality, after the completion of a tide mushroom, supplemented pouring nutrient water (100kg water plus potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2kg), spray again high efficiency cypermethrin, usually mushroom 4- 6 tides.

6. The main advantages

(1) The isolation zone formed by the 60cm wide coprinus comatus bag can effectively block the low ground temperature outside the greenhouse and transmit it to the shed. The coprinus comatus cultivation material can generate heat and can increase the temperature and temperature in the shed. 1- 2 degrees Celsius. In addition, Coprinus comatus releases carbon dioxide to provide gas fertilizer for the growth of cucumbers, and the oxygen released by cucumbers provides conditions for the growth of Coprinus comatus, which is mutually beneficial. (2) The low yield of Cucumbers interplanted with Pleurotus ostreatus is due to the large release of spores by Pleurotus ostreatus and severely affects the growth of cucumbers. Coprinus comatus is harvested in an open shear and does not release spores, which does not affect the growth of cucumbers.
