The reasons why the gear oil is running when the gear oil pump is running are as follows:
1 The causes of the poor rotation of the gear oil pump can cause the gear oil pump to heat up.
2 oil viscosity is too high or too low. Solution - re-select oil.
3 Side plates, bushings and gear end faces are severely rubbed. Solution - repair or replace.
4 The ambient temperature is high, the volume of the fuel tank is small, and the heat dissipation is poor, which will cause the pump to heat up. Solution - should be handled separately.
The reason why the gear oil pump does not rotate smoothly is as follows:
1. Poor coaxiality with the engine coupling. Solution - the coaxiality should be within 0.1mm .
2. The inner part is not demagnetized. Solution - All parts must be demagnetized before assembly.
3. The needle sleeve is not qualified or the needle is broken. Solution - repair or replace.
4. The gear oil pump working oil output port is blocked. Solution - remove foreign objects.
5. The pump axial clearance or radial clearance is too small. Solution - re-adjust the fit.
6. There is dirt in the gear oil pump . Solution - Disintegrate to remove foreign objects.
7. The assembly is incorrect. Solution - The machining reference surface of the two pin holes of the gear oil pump is not the assembly reference surface. If the pin is driven in first, then the screw is tightened and the pump will not move. Solution - Tighten the screw while turning the gear pump, and finally drill the pin hole and drive the pin.
