Talk about summer use of tractor

The once-a-year summer comes again, and the “tie” is also afraid of heat. Here we talk about the general issues that should be paid attention to when using a tractor in the summer. (1) Avoid battery exposure. Because the temperature of the electrolyte is too high, the plates are liable to warp and deform, causing the active material to fall off and the wood separator to be damaged. (2) Select the right summer lubricant to ensure that the lubricant has sufficient viscosity to reduce machine wear. (3) Timely change the position of the oil radiator radiator change valve. When entering the summer operation, the directional valve should be turned to the position where the oil passage to the radiator opens, so that the lubricating oil can radiate and maintain the normal temperature of the lubricating oil. (4) Pay special attention to adding soft water. Because of the rapid temperature rise of the locomotive in the summer, the radiator tank is easy to “open” and it is easier to generate scale. Do not add cold water to the radiator tank immediately after the boiler is opened to prevent engine parts from bursting. Use low-speed, small throttle idle for a period of time, and then add cold water after the water temperature drops. (5) When performing threshing, a layer of iron gauze or nylon gauze should be wrapped in front of the radiator and at the water inlet to prevent dirt from entering the radiator core and pipes and affecting the cooling effect. In addition, fire protection facilities such as fire extinguishing hoods should be installed on the exhaust pipe to prevent the exhaust pipe from discharging Mars and cause fire. (6) When the tractor is continuously operating for a long time, it is necessary to stop at a proper time and check the temperature of the tire and the temperature of the water, the temperature of the oil, and the temperature of the machine. Wait until the temperature drops before operating. If the tire temperature is too high, the car should be parked in a cool place, so that it slowly heat, never use cold water pouring cast tires, so as to avoid uneven cracking of the tire due to various parts and cracks, or tread and line stripping and damage. (7) Note that the tire inflation pressure must be maintained within the specified range, or 2%-3% below the standard pressure. (8) Do not park the tractor in the sun for a long period of time in case of tire overheating and burst.
