Correct harvesting of fruits In general, late-maturing varieties have strong resistance to storage and transportation. Therefore, it should be preferred for storage and transportation of Nayong sweet cherry in Yantai, Shandong, and Hongmi and Hongyan in Dalian. The local sales should be followed by mining, and the transfer of sales should be taken early for 5 to 7 days. 2. Appropriate storage conditions The suitable temperature for storage of cherries is 0 to 1°C, relative humidity is 90 to 95%, and the gas for atmosphere storage during storage is 3 to 5% oxygen and 20 to 25% carbon dioxide. 3. Storage technology in the origin 1 Simple storage of the plastic bags Because of the small cherry fruit, the peel is easily damaged, so it is mostly in the form of small packages. When storing, the cherries can be placed in a 0.06 to 0.08 mm thick film bag and then placed under a suitable temperature. Generally, each package contains 2 to 5 kg. The fruit is regulated by its own breathing and can be stored for 30 to 45 days. If pre-cooling in time after harvest, packing at low temperature, and immediately filled with 20 to 25% of carbon dioxide, better storage effect can be obtained. 2 The ice cellar is stored in the cellar in late June and can be listed at the end of July or early August. The size of the cellar can be determined according to the storage capacity. Spread 50 cm thick ice cubes prepared in advance on the bottom of the cellar and all around, and then stack the fruit boxes on it, one layer of ice cubes in the fruit box, and the gap Filled with crushed ice. After stacking, heat insulation material such as rice straw is covered at the top to maintain a relatively stable temperature. The storage period will keep the cellar temperature at ~0.5~1°C. 3 Ordinary cold storage The pre-cooled fruits are packed in a cold store with a temperature of 0 to 5°C and a relative humidity of 85 to 90%. Generally, they can be stored for 4 to 5 weeks. 4. Trafficking requires strict selection of fruits, minimizing collisions and other injuries, and precooling and packaging at low temperatures. In addition, the use of warm car or mechanical refrigeration vehicle transport at low temperature is an effective measure to extend the storage period.
