For unqualified pesticides, the documents pointed out that the relevant departments will strictly investigate and punish the illegal production and operation units. The agricultural administrative department of the place where the substandard product sales unit is located shall strictly handle the sales unit in accordance with the “Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides”, carefully follow the source of the substandard product, and promptly notify the relevant authorities to investigate and deal with it.
