Corn combine harvesters must be regularly maintained to reduce the failure rate and increase the service life of the whole machine. We now share the Nine Character Scriptures for the maintenance of corn harvesters to the majority of agricultural operators:

First, clear: Open the unit guard and cover, carefully remove the inside and outside of the grass, broken stems, seeds, dust, oil and other attachments.

Second, the mat: The harvesting table is placed on a pre-cushioned mat, can not be vacant storage, relax the header balance spring, so that the pad put smooth.

Third, inspection: Check the status of various components and found that loose fasteners should be tightened; thin-walled parts such as lids and shells should be corrected for distortion.

4. Dismantling: Remove all the driving belts, clean and dry them, put on talcum powder, attach the signage, and keep the bunches in a safe place to prevent distortion; remove the drive chain, clean it with diesel or kerosene, and put it into the oil after it has dried. Soak in medium for 30 minutes, and then reattach it to the original place or use oil paper to pack and store it. When cleaning the chain, remove the hub and tires, and use the jacks on the front and rear axles to stabilize them and put them on wooden mats. If you do not remove the tires, the corn harvester tires can be lifted off the ground, and reduce the tire pressure; demolition of the battery, according to the requirements of specialized maintenance and delivery to the custody; after the demolition of the fuel tank tubing, cleaned with clean oil after storage, while tightening Screw plugs and joints in various places; remove the pull out wheel pressing plate to be placed in a bundle on the indoor flat rack; after the removal and cleaning of the skimmer assembly, apply anti-rust oil, flatten it with flat plywood, and place it flat.

V. Change: Replace the damaged bearings and parts promptly after inspection and re-lubricate the lubricant.

6. Anti-movement: After the work surface of the moving part is cleaned and dried, it shall be coated with anti-rust oil, and the anti-rust paint shall be painted at the place where the paint is removed.

VII. Sealing: Before storing the engine, perform maintenance on the fuel, lubrication and cooling system, and drain the lubricant and cooling water. But do not remove the cylinder wall oil film. The piston should roll to compression top dead center. The exhaust pipe is plugged with a wooden stopper to prevent rain, moisture, etc. from entering the engine and causing corrosion.

VIII. Movement: During the custody, it shall be exercised regularly. For the engine of the traction and self-propelled harvester, crank the crankshaft several tens of revolutions per month; the hydraulic part shall pull the operating valve and working valve every working position 15~ 20 times, finally push the plunger to the bottom of the valve to prevent the working surface of the cylinder and plunger from rusting.
